Janet Dennison has been assisting buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords with their real estate needs for over 45 years.
Born in Schenectady and a lifelong avid skier, Janet moved to Stowe, Vermont, in 1971 to attend the University of Vermont and enjoy the life of a “ski bum.” After a few years of this lifestyle, she started a small tax and accounting business and soon earned her real estate license. Janet went on to open and manage her own real estate company, Green Mountain Residential and Commercial Brokers, where she became an expert in luxury resort properties and was known for providing exceptional client service.
A new marriage brought Janet to Saratoga Springs in 2006, where she has spent the last two decades serving clients throughout Saratoga County. She has extensive experience with high-end sales, first-time homebuyers, and works diligently to protect her clients’ best interests. With over 400 credit hours of real estate education and participation in more than 3,000 real estate transactions, Janet brings unmatched knowledge and dedication to every deal.
