Chelsea Barraco

Chelsea Barraco is a New York native with a career in real estate that spans both coasts. She began practicing residential real estate in 2016 with Keller Williams and quickly grew into commercial real estate while living in Arizona, one of the most competitive markets in the country.

In 2019, Chelsea relocated to Scottsdale, Arizona, where her commercial real estate journey began. There, she learned to succeed by networking, building relationships from the ground up, and handling complex commercial transactions across multiple asset classes — from ground-up land development to industrial sales and leasing, multifamily, retail, office, investment, and even commercial horse properties.

In 2024, Chelsea re-licensed in her home state of New York as she recognized that the commercial market was in need of a tenacious and knowledgeable agent to serve local business owners statewide. In the summer of 2025, Chelsea joined forces with The Scott Varley Team full time, creating a powerhouse team that incorporates Scott’s long history of success, influence, and excellence in the real estate field with Chelsea’s commercial expertise, focus, and strategy.

Beyond real estate, Chelsea’s lifelong love of horses has deeply influenced her leadership style and values. From growing up in 4H to volunteering with equine-assisted therapy programs, she has seen firsthand how horses teach patience, intuition, and trust. These lessons guide her work with clients — approaching every relationship with care, reading between the lines of what people truly need, and building trust over time.
