Alex’s ethos is one rooted in honesty and respect. He has been involved in real estate his entire life as a by product of early on family influence and directly as a modern-day real estate professional. With a focus on the commercial real estate industry, Alex holds licenses as a New York real estate salesperson and as a certified commercial and residential real estate appraiser in New York and Pennsylvania.

In his role as an appraiser, Alex holds the highest level of licensing in real property valuations and has acquired specialized knowledge in lease analysis, financing, real estate valuations, property management, marketing, and contract literacy.

As a commercial sales agent Alex’s goal is to always serve his clients’ interests genuinely by maintaining a highly engaging and responsive relationship that drives his client’s goals to action. He finds it imperative as an agent to provide options to clients but never to persuade or mislead.

Alex holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance from Bloomsburg University. He resides in Saratoga Springs, NY with his wife and four children. In his personal time, you can find Alex staying active with his family, usually on the golf course or in the mountains hiking or skiing. If you can’t find him, he is likely traveling abroad; all passions he shares with his wife and children.
