Terressa is the organizational powerhouse behind the Scott Varley Team, guiding agents and clients to smooth, successful transactions every time.

Terressa Mannix is an Associate Broker who joined Keller Williams Capital District in 2013. She is also the Director of Sales for The Scott Varley Team, joining in 2019.

Terressa’s expertise, experience, and organizational skills are a driving force behind the success of the region’s top-producing team. She’s a resource and guide for the team’s agents as well as a critical component of the team’s ability to help buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.

A passionate professional with strong leadership talent, Terressa was the launching president of her local Keller Williams Young Professionals Chapter, KWYP Empire State, which launched in 2018.

Outside of real estate, she is a member of the local chorus, Albany Pro Musica, and sits on the board for Feed Albany. She holds two Bachelor’s Degrees in Music Education and Music Performance from Michigan State University and a Master’s Degree in Music Performance from Ithaca College.
